Plastoform is a modern company with more than 30 years of experience in the processing of thermoplastics using the thermoforming process. Years of experience in this area have made them one of the leading European manufacturers of thermoform plastic materials for various applications, such as products for RVs and trailers, automotive industry, agricultural industry, etc.

The company wanted to manage the production process with a lot of orders, but with existing tools, it was not efficient enough. They wanted a modern information system to support planning, which will be integrated with the existing ERP system. This way planners would be more efficient at preparing the plan for a longer period.

INEA implemented a solution for production scheduling, using the planning software Preactor. Using this solution, Plastoform reduced time for plan preparation, improved delivery times, shortened the production process, and acquired an overview of the production load.

We must emphasize the very good cooperation with the customer throughout the project. User requirements and technical solutions were discussed in detail. Execution time from the contract until the acquisition was only 9 months.
