Project title: Comprehensive digital transformation of Plastika Skaza supply chain for employee satisfaction and strengthening of organizational culture (Skaza 5.0)

The goal of the project is a comprehensive digital transformation of the value chain and increased commitment and efficiency of Plastika Skaza employees, focusing on the implementation of modern digital technologies in the field of logistics, procurement and storage, production, HRM, sales and management.

As part of the project, we will update SAP to support core, introduce a WMS system and predictive logistics. In production we will introduce a digital twin, IoT, UWB tracking, modern sensorics and the use of artificial intelligence.
