Research and Development
Inea is a high-tech company, developing our own core technology, complementing it with technology from business partners.
The company was founded in February 1987 by Jozef Stefan Institute, with the main goal of transferring and utilisation of research accomplishments of the Institute in the fields of industrial energy management and management of industrial processes. Research spirit is still very much present today. We have our own research team, which has realized many successful R&D projects. We conduct R&D projects with national and international partners and are co-financed from europeand and national funds (HORIZON2020, 7FP, 6FP, 5FP, structural funds).
