System against omission of screwing
Assurance of quality and conformity of safety tightening or fixing.
System against omission of screwing (SAOS) enables quality and conformity assurance of safety (CRS) tightening or fixing. It controls the necessary number and quality of screwings performed at different workplaces.
The system has been especially designed for car industry but can be implemented in any screwing operation.
Control is designed so as not to disturb production dynamics. Minor flaws can be removed instantly. In case of major flaws, the product worked upon continues its way to a special screwing repair unit.
In terms of communication, SAOS can be integrated in production information system for the purposes of data exchange on the identity and position of the product worked upon, and for information exchange on the quality and congruity of screwing or repair.

Each screwing process is marked with one of the five possible conditions:
- OK (screwing process has been performed appropriately).
- NOK (screwing process has not been performed appropriately, repair has not been performed).
- Repair confirmed (screwing process has not been performed appropriately, repair has been performed and confirmed).
- Forcing – repair not performed (screwing process has not been performed appropriately, repair has to be performed off line).
- No control (SAOS not functioning).
