In the fields of energy and ecology systems as well as intelligent building systems INEA offers integrated solutions from a conceptual project to system commissioning and handing over the operation and system maintenance.
The management and control of purchasing and consumption and own production of energy carrying media in production companies is attaining more and more important influence on costefficiency of production processes.
An efficient control prevents disturbances in supply of energy carrying media, and in case of disturbances it remedies the consequences, which can be critical for the production process.
Control and management systems are usually connected with technological systems and business information system, and thereby the highest possible efficiency and reliability can be achieved.
The installation of supply and consumption system for energy carrying mediameans the reduction of costs in the production, distribution and consumption of thermal energy.

Within the framework of electricity system management in a production company we manage electric peak demand leveling systems (SIK), and consumption measurement and control systems for other energy carrying media such as e.g. air, water and heat, gas, heating oil, various industrial gases, compressed air.
Systems provide supervision and control of energy carrying media on one place. They are composed of controllers for energy facility control, instrumentation and control equipment as well as the corresponding components of the supervisory system.
We pool our knowledge and experiences in energy systems management in the area of implementation of combined heat and power generation (CHP) and plants that supply consumers with heat and other energy sources (steam and hot water boilers, heat plants, process and cooling water preparation and distribution station, waste water treatment plant, compressed air production and distribution station, and industrial gas production and distribution facility).
Within this framework we do the following works for our clients:

- Design and installation project documentation of complete plant,
- For cogeneration plants we supply the plant and carry out plant installation and commissioning based on gas engines,

Together with partners we apply solutions also to intelligent building systems.
Municipal and industrial purification plants as well as industrial incineration plants are complex systems with a great number of energy and technology devices and facilities.
Processes on these devices are controlled on the local level with the use of PLC controllers and operator panels, with the application of remote control at the supervisory control level, and with PI systems at the production level.
