Expo Live Global Innovators Dubai 2020

We proudly announce that INEA has won an Expo Live grant from organisers of the next World Expo, being hosted in Dubai in 2020.

We have developed the Intelligent Trading Interface (ITI), an energy management system. The idea is to aggregate renewable and traditional energy sources on to one grid so that all suppliers get a fair share of the market and the consumer pays a cheaper price. Everyone benefits from an optimised energy production that maximises efficiency and sustainability.
Many renewal energy sources are intermittent and unpredictable – relying on sun, wind or water to generate electricity. This presents a challenge for energy providers who need to ensure that users’ needs are met at all times. INEA says that its solution helps solve this issue.
Expo 2020 Dubai’s Expo Live programme has an allocation of USD 100 million to back projects that offer creative solutions to pressing challenges that impact people’s lives, or help preserve the world – or both. Organisers are looking for projects that would not reach their full potential without its support.
Expo Live is not disclosing the amount for each project it is supporting but has said it would grant up to USD 100,000 per initiative for its Innovation Impact Grant Programme.
