INEA is a matrix organized company with emphasized project orientation.
INEA has the following strategic business units (SBU) and Business Units (BU):

BU I1: Process Control
BU I2: Factory Automation
BU I3: Manufacturing Informatics
SBU III: Automation Equipment
SBU IV: Energy Management and Ecology

Education

Inea currently regularly employs 61 employees.
Quite a few employees came to Inea from the Jozef Stefan Institute or the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where they had attended postgraduate-level studies or had taken part in research training, as an integral part of their professional career development.

Being a company which as a strategic goal maintains technology-edgeknowledge in our products and services, we intensively support additional education; for this purpose we provide financial support and time as assistance to our employees in achieving their school and educational objectives. On the average, around 5 of our employees attend additional education per year despite the high educational structure.

We already traditionally help students and secondary school students in performing their obligatory work practice or training, and each year a few students prepare also diploma theses.

INEA stimulates personal and professional growth of its employees. The group of employees has been in the company since it was established and they are also company members. The quick company growth has entailed also more extensive employment and t the number of employees has considerably increased in recent years. New employees brought also new ideas and impetus with them, which is the winning combination of any staff.

The company employs mainly professional staff, around 80% of employees have high professional technical titles. The current educational structure is the following:

The corresponding work experience also corresponds to the company’s high educational structure. Inea thus has employees with many years of practice and broad experience, as well as new employees as the holders of new ideas.

Growth of the Number of Employees
The number of employees has been continually moderately growing in recent years. When it was established at the end of 1992, it had 22 employees. The growth has been faster in the recent years due to the extension of activities and the company.
